We originally ordered our Barn in late march, but had a delay for delivery based on when we could get our concrete pad poured and dry. I requested a delivery in the 1st Week of June, when I followed up on June 5th I was told there were no crews coming to Kansas and was handed to the Missouri delivery coordinator. After 3 more days of silence I followed up again only to be handed back to the Kansas delivery team. Each time I had to make numerous calls to find out the status of my order. Now I am told my Barn can be installed this weekend, but not in the color my wife and I ordered. There is no answer to when Barn Red will be available. In late April the delivery was set, and adjusted for June 4-8, so what happened to the part for the barn I already paid for?

The incompetence is rampant there, nobody knows anything. How do you sell off the inventory of an order that has a deposit already - you either never had the inventory, which is fraud, or you sold a confirmed and paid for inventory to the next available customer even though you CONFIRMED the delivery for June. That is massive incompetence at the least and a gross ethical violation in reality.

I will NOT accept a different color!!

I would like you to call your supplier and CONFIRM a date you will have the Barn I have PAID for and then take the time to actually tell me what the *** is going on!!!!
