They put up the wrong building and with doors improperly placed. When I contacted them to this fact they blamed their dealer for improperly filling out the order form, even though the dealer wrote in the email that he verified proper building on phone with the coast to coast office. Then, even though they blamed their own dealer, they said too bad for me--no remedy--they could only go by the fact of what was on the form. Even while claiming their dealer fill it out "wrong" they said they wouldn't repair the issue. Very shady and poorly run outfit. I will certainly never do business with them again. 129e2f1

Ordered a carport for install and the said I had to furnish the building permit, THEY are the builder not me. I went round and round with the state to get the permit and finally got it. Scheduled the install and wasted the entire day waiting for the crew, called C 2 C and no reply, then 3 hrs later was told the crew was right around the area and should be there any time that day. NO SHOW! Wasted a day of income. Stopped payment on credit card for all charges. The way they do business is bad, I will be telling everyone multiple times to stay away from these folks for sure. |

They got my 745.00 for drawings, and a down payment then kept scheduling it and not showing up. Hard to pin them down with additional changes in writing. I will keep trying to get the carport but I must say it might turn out for the best just to give them that money and forget about it. |
