Customer service for coast to coast carports is severely lacking. Had a carport installed in August 2010.
The job was not completed. The cement anchors were not installed.
I was told they would return the next day and didn't.
I have called and had a day set up for them to install and they never showed up and never called back to cancel. This continued for a month. I called them to receive a refund for the product not installed and have gotten nothing but the run around there too. They said they would call me back as soon as they got the information from my file but they didn't. Still waiting for refund. 129e255
