Stay away from these guys the are out to steal your money. I have the misfortune of having them installing a 24x36 garage. From the day they said they would be sending the installers they "no showed" 4 times then when they did show up they started at 12:00 noon and "finished" at 9 pm and the 4 hrs they worked in the dark not one person had a flashlight or drop light! needless to say they did a crap job and never finished and then they just up and left to return to Texas with out saying a word on when they would be back. 4 weeks later and 3 no shows later they return to fix the bent and crooked siding and install the ground anchors they forgot to put in, this time around one guy was able to speak about 2ond grade English and he said "all gooder now" well as mine is a certified building and having a permit it needed to be inspected and when the inspector looked at the job he said the building was " a death trap" as none of the ground anchors were installed even close to what the plans showed and they were neither the ones spec for the job or safe to use! So now its down to I call and get the service centers voice mail and in the month since they were out here last I have not had 1 returned phone call. The only thing that has gone right is that when they would not show up from the start I tried to cancel my order and get back my 10% down payment from the dealer she said no to the refund but she did say not to pay in full when the building was installed as unless you hold back monies they will NEVER RETURN to complete the job! so my next step is to find a contractor to finish the building and use the 20% I held back to pay them. 129dfd3

Stars Fan, I got that same B.S line time and time again and my suggestion is pay a hundred dollars to a attorney to write a letter of "Demand Of Service" as it puts them on notice that you mean business from the start, That is how I got them to give up on getting the 20% I held back on them to finish the job....Ron

I was going to get a building from this company, but I thought I would check for any neg complaints! Im glad now I found reviews on this company, because now I decided not to purchase from this company. I reliese conpanies will have a few bad experences, but come on coast to coast this is bad bad! You need to get back into the game and get some positive feedback or just start seling the building kits for the do it yourselfer to brind down prices! by what I have read, all the problems are with your workers not your building! Sad Sad such a easy fix to save your reputation :cry

Angela I feel your pain as they indeed suck and its not the product thats bad its there service. My roof leaked also and after 1 year of trying to get them to come back out and after lie after lie on there part I issued a demand of service and gave them 14 days to finish the work and if they did not I would deem the contract broken on their part and use the remaining monies I held back (20%) to finish the job. They responded back in 3 days saying they were finished and do what I wanted which worked out great for me as the 20% covers the insulation I was going to do anyway and it would also fix the leak I have. To anyone thinking of using them DO NOT PAY IN FULL at the time they erect the building or car port hold back at LEAST 20% until you are 100% sure your happy with the job as THEY WILL NEVER COME BACK TO REPAIR ANYTHING!!! this is one sure fire reason not to use them...............Ron

We ordered a carport from Coast to Coast that is located at 22525 Interstate 40 Knoxville, Ak. It was ordered on June 14, and it was in Stalled on July 8th. When they put up the carport it was dry and when we got our first big rain in September the roof leaked. We called and they were suppose to be sending someone to make the repairs, it is now December 14 and we still have a leaking roof. When you call them you get a voicemail that says they will return your call within 24 hours. It will be days, even weeks and we will call again. Today we talked to a Supervisor and she still could only say that when they have enough sells in the area that they will send someone up. So in my experience I know that word of mouth or print can sometimes be the best advertisement. SO HERE IT GOES....They do crapy work and don't stand behind what they say, they do not have any customer service or care for the fact that they hire people who do shoddy work. :(

Too bad we did not come upon this site until after they have not showed and rescheduled. We have read other negative reviews and contracted Hi-Tech Landscaping (awesome company) to help with the anchoring and overseeing the installation. Hi-Tech's crew showed up on schedule, costing us money (rightly so) - but Coast to Coast did not show. We took time off of work - again, costing us money. They did not answer their phones until after 1pm. They were aware earlier in the day that the crew would be a no show, but did not call to inform us. If they do not show for the next scheduled install, we will cancel. Luckily we did not put much money down.

I haven't even got started and already recieved bad customer service. I went down and talked to a person name Joe at Dee Furnture and took a card. I called the number on the card and got an answering machine. I left a message for Joe Castello a week later. He called me back and left his name. I went down to Dee's Furniture a week later and was told he could not help or would not me and that I needed to go on the internet and make the arrangements on line. I already see were this is going. I'm going to Lowes and have them put one up for me. You guys are a joke. :(

Ordered my carport back in Feb 2011, kept rescheduling on me because no one in my area had put in an order. Finally came out and it was the wrong size carport, now they don't know when they are going to be able to come back out to this area and make things right even though it was their mistake.
